Very unhappy with room. Security latch on door was broken. Looks like the door had been broken into multiple times. Stains on the furniture. Felt unsafe and unsanitary in the room. When we complained about the conditions of our room we were told there would be no refund. I can understand one night, but you’re still going to charge us for two more nights? We ended up staying somewhere else that night. Avoid this place!

Staff are very accommodating. The place is clean. However the elevator to the conference rooms at the 2nd floor is via "service elevator " . I think it is not very welcoming to visitors or conference participants to be using "Service Elevator" I think it would be wise to use another term than service elevator.

Bed linens and towels display unsightly stains, the restaurant service is notably subpar, and the television channels are nonfunctional.

I had a good stay and their staff are easy to approach. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the key cards. It could use some identifiers and hope the hotel can make sure the key cards are working before handing them to the customer 😁

The rooms are very clean and linen and beddings are fresh. Shower rooms are fresh. The rooms has clean ref and the tv screen is working very well - very nice. The view on the rooms are great! The conference room serves good am and pm.snacks.The audio visuals are great and technical assistance very kind and accomodation. The conference room is very near the powder room areas. The confrence room is very clean with free pens and writing pads. Food - breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner very good - a sumptuous feast. Hotel Personnel are courteous and very kind and respectful! Over all, we had a great Training Seminar experience. Thanks , La Breza Hotel

We were conducted 3 days seminar to this Hotel. I had creepy experience in Room 408! Room 408 has two rooms while i am in the other room busy turning on the Aircon, the TV turn on eventhough i didnt turn it on. I immediately run to go out and moved to my friends room (Room 406) I am not the only one had a creepy experience to this hotel my co worker also. The food taste is not good and their serving of the food is too little. Keycard is useless. Fabrics in the room is so dusty.
